Through leadership roles like Mayor of Kitwe and MP for Kamfinsa Constituency, Christopher has driven initiatives in governance, infrastructure, and economic policy. He also provides innovative engineering solutions through Lupenga and Chris Services Ltd.

He holds a Master of Arts in Economic Policy Management from the University of Zambia and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering from the Copperbelt University.
